The feature also gives a sneak peek of Rize’s upcoming projects, which include The Rolston in downtown Vancouver and Terminal Offices, a campus-style commercial building on Terminal street.

If you didn’t build it yourself, your home, be it single family, condominium or apartment was built by a developer. Is that a good thing?

I am a real estate developer and I spend a lot of time trying to explain what I do, and why I do it. This is not often not an easy task.

Very pertinent to the discussion around density and transit for the Broadway corridor and Rize’s rezoning proposal for the corner of Kingsway and Broadway.
The rezoning proposal currently allows for two potential transit station locations and we would love to know what form the eventual fixed line might take.
