Construction of The Rolston is well under way as our crew is busy working on the site in the heart of Midtown.

In honour of the project, what a perfect time to share tips on some of the cool Granville Street services and amenities that will be available for Rolston homeowners. Here are some of our favourites!

The Templeton

With old school charm and unexpected diner classics, one of the best eats in town is The Templeton.

The folks at Templeton use fresh natural ingredients including free-range eggs, natural bacon, and handmade specialty turkey sausages for their breakfast selection. For lunch and dinner, The Templeton serves gourmet burgers and sandwiches and authentic milkshakes of course.

This diner also has a surprisingly robust vegetarian menu. For lunch, for example, Grilled Veg & Cheese, Jumbo Veggie Chilli Dog, and Big Bowl o’Vegan Chili are available.

This French-style bistro is a brunch favourite. Focusing on classic French dining “with a little less fuss”, Twisted Fork Bistro’s menu is sure to please.

On the savoury side, there’s the bacon, caramelized onion and brie frittata. If you’re looking for something a little sweeter, Twisted Fork’s Banana stuffed brioche French toast might be for you. More traditional breakfast options include eggs benny and fruit salad with Asiago scones.

StackHouse Burger Bar

Not your ordinary fast food joint, StackHouse Burger Bar prides itself on its gourmet food made with quality ingredients.
